Our panel discussion will give you World-Wide perspective on the critical skills necessary to drive BA growth in the world of AI. Simply put, we will discuss the concept of the Human Centered BA. A Human Centered BA must possess the skills to connect with, influence and inspire the knowledge workers they engage. They will need to understand both the customer experience (CX) and employee experience (EX) to find the answers to the complex adaptive challenges organisations face.
