Dear IIBA NZ Chapter members,
Notice is hereby given that due to concurrence of certain unforeseen circumstances the Annual General Meeting scheduled to take place on Wednesday 31 August 2016, is hereby postponed to Tuesday, 8th of November 2016.
We formally invite you to attend the 2016 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the IIBA New Zealand Chapter. This is a great opportunity for you to share your thoughts about our profession in 2016 and beyond and to meet our new Board members.
AGM details for Tuesday the 8th of November 2016 will be published closer to the AGM date.

Agenda for the meeting as below:-
1. Meeting opens 5:30pm - welcome from the President, Andrew Willoughby,
2. IIBA NZ Board presents annual report including financial statements for the year 1 April 2015 to 31 March 2016,
3. Vote to Approve Financial Statements (as above),
4. Vote to approve amendment to the IIBA NZ Bylaws (please see wording below). As per bylaw requirements this amendment notice is presented at least 15 days prior to the AGM,
5. Meeting close 6:30 pm.
