Dear IIBA NZ Chapter members,
 
We learned, after our AGM, that the attendees did not have the latest statement of accounts for IIBA. This, along with telecommunication difficulties between Auckland, Christchurch and Wellington, meant that there were misunderstandings during the meeting.
 
We apologise for this happening and will take steps to fix that for future meetings.
 
To remedy this, we have been advised by the IIBA's solicitors to have a special meeting. Enclosed is the notice of meeting along with the 2015 statement of accounts. The meeting is to be an audio conference by dial in to 0800 002 304 PIN = 442269 on Thursday the 11th of February 2016 at 5:00pm.

Agenda for the meeting as below:-
1. Meeting open 5:00pm
2. Review IIBA NZ Chapter Financial Statements dated 1st April 2014 to 31st March 2015
3. Vote to Approve Financial Statements (as above)
4. Summarise outcome
5. Meeting close 5:30pm
