Tuesday, August 23, 2022 -
6:30pm to 7:30pm
Please NOTE THIS WEBINAR IS POSTPONED TO THE 23rd AUGUST 6:30pm NZDT.
About the Presentation
Have you heard about Liberating Structures? It is a facilitation toolbox that can help create physiological safe and inclusive environments. In this talk, Carsten will briefly introduce the concept and share a couple of concrete structures, and how he used them both with development teams, leadership teams, and department offsite. Before we end the talk we will also try and couple it with other tools like Solution-Focused Coaching... and dad jokes :).
About the Presenter Carsten Grønbjerg Lützen

where he practices his love for helping teams, liberating structures, coaching, and of course dad jokes.
Carstens background is a m.sc. in Computer Science, but he quickly learned that what makes his heart tick is to
help teams and individuals with their way of working through physiological safety and inclusion of everyone.
Carsten posts weekly videos with tips and tricks on his YouTube channel and his LinkedIn profile.
"I like motivating people and helping them achieve their goals and to make sure that the team performs well.
I love to look at processes and try to improve them using the tools in my (agile) toolbox.
I don't believe that one methodology exists that will work on all projects, hence we
need to tweak the tools for every single project and take the things that works and skip the things does not."
