About the Presenter Jits Doobalh
Jits is always searching for better ways to do things. He believes that we shouldn’t simply accept things as they are but question what we are being told and to find our own truth.
His search for a better way led him to Systems Thinking and the Theory of Constraints.
Jits works in the IT arena and has experience across both Development and Operations. He is equally at ease at applying Kanban and systems thinking to either a change environment or an operations environment.
He likes to get his hands dirty and is actively involved in many of the implementations.
