How the IIBA New Zealand Chapter board elections work.
The election normally follows the process of

Announcement of upcoming election - listing of board roles up for election

Interest - Prospective nominees register their interest in the roles

Nominate - Prospective nominees confirm their commitment to run for the board position

Vote - Voting commences for the Board Position Term. All IIBA New Zealand members are allowed and invited to vote.

Announce – Election results are tallied and announced to the members.
