Kia ora koutou, we are pleased to introduce you to the New Zealand Chapter Officers, a dedicated team of volunteers who are committed to ensuring that our Business Analysis Community in New Zealand remains vibrant and supportive. Our goal is to promote continuous learning, networking, knowledge sharing, and overall support for all Business Analysts in New Zealand.

President

Ryan Li

Ryan has 15 years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Management, and Capability Development with large organisations in New Zealand. He currently leads the business analysis practice at NZ Post, focusing on enhancing practice maturity and the development of business analysts.

Since 2016, Ryan has been an active volunteer with the IIBA NZ Chapter, contributing to event management and serving in various board roles.
 
Ryan is passionate about driving impactful changes through effective analysis, empowering business analysts to excel, innovate, and deliver value.

A Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), he holds IIBA-AAC and IIBA-CPOA certifications and is a certified agile practitioner.

Vice President Operations

Greg Lemaire

Greg has a strong background in Business Analysis, Change Management and Project
Management, specialising in helping teams deliver enduring value at speed with a
structured, adaptable and results-driven approach.

Greg holds a Master of Quality Systems from Massey University, along with professional
certifications in Project Management (PRINCE2) and Change Management (Prosci). Greg is
currently working towards the IIBA’s Certified Business Analysis Professional™ certification,
further strengthening his expertise in business analysis best practice.

Greg is passionate about helping to create the conditions for excellence through and for the
people.

Treasurer

Dan Lindsay

Dan has over a decade of experience delivering transformational initiatives within large organisations across New Zealand and the UK. In his current role, he leads the business analysis practice at KPMG.
 
In addition to being a business analysis leader, Dan is a certified practicing accountant and has held senior finance change positions in the banking and telecommunications industries.
 
His qualifications include Certification of Capability in Business Analysis (CCBA), CPA (Australia), PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner, and a Bachelor's degree in Business & Science from Victoria University of Wellington.
 
Passionate about driving meaningful change, Dan serves as Treasurer of the IIBA New Zealand Chapter, leveraging his diverse experience to responsibly manage the chapter's funds. His goal is to elevate the profession and foster a stronger BA community.

Jayshree Ramesh-Sukha

Jayshree has been a member of the IIBA since 2014 and enjoys engaging with a variety of professionals to progress business analysis excellence, education and leadership.   She also values and encourages multidisciplinary approaches to common business analysis challenges.

For Jayshree, a strong business analyst mindset is about curiosity, empathy and the ability to smoothly plan and develop software and IT implementations, solutions and process improvements.

Jayshree aims to create engaging content that is meaningful, educational and informative to members and working with the Board to organise events that bring you an extra tool, method or way of thinking to bring into your daily business analyst practice.

Fashola Olayinka Nurudeen

Fashola has expertise in Business Analysis, Product Management and Solution delivery with over 18 years of experience across multiple industries - Fintech, Telecoms, Utilities, Manufacturing, Consulting, Training and Technology companies working as Busina ess Analyst, Product Owner, Scrum Master, Engineering Manager and Product Manager.

Fash, as his peers fondly call him, is passionate about impacting knowledge; in the last decade, he has trained hundreds of professionals, helping them with hands-on training to gain certification and achieve their dreams of transitioning into a new career path. He is here to help professionals develop new skills, leverage their current skills and help them figure out the next steps in order to find success in their career.

Caio Diehl

Caio has over 15 years of experience leading change across various organizations and industries in New Zealand and overseas, including NZ Post, BNZ, Datacom, and Pāmu.
 
Throughout his career, he has held various individual contributor and leadership roles. Currently, Caio serves as the Chief Technology Officer at Bremworth, an NZX-listed company.
 
Passionate about engaging with communities to exchange ideas, Caio is a hands-on technology leader dedicated to fostering an environment of trust built on courage, focus, openness, and respect.
