I am putting myself forward for the role of VP (Membership) in the board of the IIBA NZ Chapter because I believe deeply in the power and potential of our business analysis community.
Our profession is evolving, and IIBA stands at a pivotal moment, one where our relevance, influence, and collective voice have never mattered more. I want to help shape that future. I am committed to championing our craft, elevating the impact of analysts across Aotearoa, and creating a membership experience that inspires pride, belonging, and growth.
With more than 25 years leading business analysis practices across major organisations, I have built strong and connected teams, uplifted capability at scale, and brought analysts together across regions and disciplines. What drives me is people: supporting them, empowering them, and helping them thrive.
If entrusted with this role, I will work tirelessly to ignite stronger engagement, expand our reach, and help build a vibrant and inclusive IIBA community. A community where every member feels valued, supported, and part of something bigger, where we grow in our craft and help shape the future of business analysis in Aotearoa.
