We are pleased to introduce you to the New Zealand Chapter Volunteers, a dedicated team committed to ensuring our New Zealand Business Analysis Community remains vibrant and supportive. The volunteers help us with local events and promoting and organising our BA meetups.

Ladidi Jarumi

Ladidi is a Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP), has over five years of experience in driving organizational change and process improvement. Adept at identifying business needs and devising solutions to address them. Possesses excellent decision-making skills to ensure project success. She has worked in Digital transformation projects in Nigeria and the United Kingdom.

Ha Nguyen

Ha has been working as a Product Owner/Business Analyst for more than 16 years. She has participated in Agile methodology for more than 10 years and has a PSM1 certification. She has worked across various business sectors within New Zealand and overseas.

Ha has been associated with IIBA since 2019.

Deepa Singh

Deepa is a results-driven Business Consultant with 15 years of experience driving business and IT-aligned transformation through expertise in project management, process consulting, and technology implementation. Having worked across India, Germany, and New Zealand, she brings a global perspective to strategic transformation programs and improvement initiatives, leveraging change management to deliver sustainable business outcomes. Passionate about process improvement and skilled in Process Mining, Six Sigma, Automation and AI

Emma is a Senior Business Analyst and has eleven years of experience in varied roles in software, including start-ups, learning management tech, enterprise technology, and media tech. She also has a Bachelor of Arts with honours in Public Policy and is currently studying toward the examination for her Certification of Capability in Business Analysis

As a Master’s student in Business Analysis at Victoria University of Wellington, Li-Ting brings over five years of experience in content strategy, marketing, and journalism to build her expertise in this field. She excels at translating complex information and data into actionable strategies, while her strengths in communication and stakeholder engagement enable her to support project goals and foster effective collaboration

With over six years’ experience as a business journalist and three years working with NGOs, Archana is now pursuing her second Master’s in Business Analysis at Victoria University of Wellington. Zoe brings a background in retail and tourism with over five years of experience in customer-facing roles.
