Tower Insurance | The Auckland Meetup will feature our guest speaker Caio Diehl who is the CTO of Cavalier Bremworth and Caio is a past President of the board of the IIBA NZ Chapter. Caio will present on "The Human Element: Facilitation Under Pressure". Caio will talk about "Why human facilitation, negotiation, and conflict resolution are the ultimate competitive advantage for BAs in the age of AI". He will touch upon core techniques for navigating tough corporate dynamics, reframing rigid statements, and anchoring emotional debates to business goals. There will also be a live role-playing lab with Interactive hot-seat scenarios where volunteers step into realistic project disputes (e.g., call center modernization and cloud ERP rollouts) alongside a BA facilitator. We will use a "Pause Button" mechanic so the audience can jump in, discuss strategies, and coach the facilitator live. | View | Auckland,Business Analysis,IIBA | |||

Join IIBA New Zealand for a panel conversation exploring what business analysis can learn from elite sport. We’ll look beyond the medals and race results to unpack how high performers use data, feedback, judgement, systems thinking and continuous improvement to make better decisions under pressure. | View | Business Analysis,Hamilton,IIBA |
