The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the IIBA New Zealand Chapter will be held to conduct the official business of the Chapter for the financial year ended 31 March 2026. Members are invited to attend and participate.
Participation and voting are open to financial members of the IIBA New Zealand Chapter in good standing.
The AGM will include:
- Confirmation of the previous AGM minutes.
- Presentation and adoption of the Annual Report.
- Presentation and adoption of the Performance Report.
- Disclosure of any officer conflicts of interest.
- Consideration of any motions properly notified to members.
- General business.
Eligible members may vote on AGM resolutions. Each member has one vote. Members unable to attend may appoint a proxy in accordance with the Constitution.
Members may participate electronically through Zoom and will be considered present for quorum and voting purposes where identity and eligibility can be verified.
Members wishing to submit motions for consideration at the AGM should send them to the Board by Monday 17 August 2026.
