Tara Sutherland
Tara brings over 25 years of experience in business analysis and digital capability, working across healthcare, energy, construction, manufacturing, transport, and the public sector. She has held senior Business Analyst, Technical BA, and advisory roles, with a strong focus on operating model design, information management, and pragmatic digital transformation. Tara is currently a Digital Capability Consultant, working with executive teams and delivery leaders to lift organisational capability and translate strategy into action.
In addition to her professional practice, Tara is a committed mentor and coach within the BA community, with a particular interest in governance‑level decision‑making, evidence‑based practice, and the evolution of the BA role in an AI‑enabled world. She is passionate about strengthening the profession in Aotearoa New Zealand through practical leadership, strong community connections, and clear standards of practice.

Treasurer
Dan Lindsay
Dan joined the IIBA NZ Chapter in 2023 and immediately made an impact on the Chapter's financial governance, leveraging his accounting background. His global experience spans financial services, telecommunications, professional services. Currently the Business Analyst Manager at KPMG, Dan is passionate about developing and leading a community of business analysts to deliver lasting positive outcomes for stakeholders and communities.
Dan is a CPA (Aust), is CCBA qualified and a PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner.

Greg Lemaire
As a seasoned practitioner, Greg brings over 20 years’ experience in business analysis, change management, and project management to the IIBA NZ Chapter. Currently, Greg is a Senior Business Analyst at Transpower New Zealand.
Greg holds a Master of Quality Systems, along with PRINCE2 Project Management and Prosci Change Management designations.

Jay Du
Jay joined the NZ Chapter board in 2025, serving as the VP - Sponsorship. In this role, he leads the Chapter's sponsorship strategy and cultivates partnerships to support initiatives within the business analysis community. Jay has over 20 years of experience in business analysis and technology.
He is a CBAP and an IBCS® Certified Analyst; he also holds a Master of Professional Accounting

Fashola "Fash" Olayinka Nurudeen
Fash is a technology leader with over 20 years’ experience in digital product innovation and business transformation across telecommunications, utilities, and financial services. Currently, Fash works as a Digital Infrastructure Product Manager at Spark NZ. He organises IIBA Certification Study Groups and leads the IIBA-AUT BA Fellowship programme.
Fash is a CBAP. He holds an MBA, a Master’s in IT, and multiple Agile practice certifications; he is also a Six Sigma Black Belt.

Julie Junio de Castro
Julie is currently the Global Communications Lead of PMO Global Alliance, Global Ambassador of the Green Project Management, and Ambassador for Project Controls Expo MENA. She previously served as Marketing Director of the Project Management Institute UAE Chapter & the PMOGA Global Awards 2024. She is also the former Founder & CEO of DeeCee Project Management Consultancy in the UAE, a one-stop hub for PM/PMO consultancy serving government to private clients across the Middle East and globally.
An award-winning leader, Julie has been recognised as Best Project Manager by Gulf News and BeingShe (leading newspaper in the UAE), CEO of the Year by the World Leaders Congress, Outstanding Alumni of Adamson University, and among the Best Women Leaders by the World Congress and two consecutive years of being Top Filipino Engineers in the MENA. A passionate volunteer, she is affiliated with PMI, Philippines Institute of Chemical Engineers UAE, Society of Engineers, APM, Project Controls Expo, and the Dubai Business Women Council.
My goal is to build a strong, engaging, and inclusive brand presence that connects, inspires, and creates meaningful opportunities for our members to grow and collaborate not just within New Zealand but with the other global communities.

Caio Diehl
Caio serves as the Past President of the IIBA NZ Chapter board, following a two-year term as Chapter President from 2023 to 2025. With over 17 years of experience, he has delivered technology solutions across the manufacturing, supply chain, banking, and agriculture industries.
Currently the Chief Technology Officer at NZX50 Bremworth, Caio has previously held leadership roles at Pāmu and NZ Post.
He holds an MBA and is a PMP.
