Governance

The IIBA New Zealand Chapter is registered under the Incorporated Societies Act 2022. As a Chapter chartered by the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA), an independent, international non-profit professional association,we are separately organised to represent Aotearoa New Zealand within the IIBA Global Community.

The Chapter is run by a Board of Directors elected by Chapter members. As executive directors, the Board meets on a regular basis to provide strategic direction, plan events, and manage all general business.
