Greg is going to discuss the three key levels of process mapping he uses to help teams better understand, analyse, and improve their work systems. The session will cover:
(1) High-level process maps made up of 5–7 key steps that give a clear end-to-end view;
(2) Swimlane diagrams that show roles and responsibilities across the process; and
(3) Detailed task procedures that break each step down into specific actions.
He will also cover the use of SIPOC diagrams as a way to define process boundaries and inputs/outputs, and introduce process companion guides as a practical tool to support consistent execution and training. The aim is to show how these tools work together to create clarity, alignment, and efficiency.
Greg holds a Master of Quality Systems from Massey University, along with professional certifications in Project Management (PRINCE2) and Change Management (Prosci).
