That's the question we've been asking ourselves - and them - over the past year, as we completed our latest global study of the C-suite - the collection of CEOs, CFOs, CHROs, CIOs, CMOs and COOs that run the biggest companies and government agencies around the world. More than 12,800 of them, in fact.

What did they tell us? Perhaps the most significant finding was how, in almost Trumpian fashion, they have done a 180-degree reversal on their view of the impact of digital disruption on their industry and business.

Why the sudden change? Where else are they shifting their perspective? And, most importantly, how will these changes in strategic thinking affect our roles as business analysts and change managers in our own organisations?
