Aaron will be talking through his teams Azure Devops configuration.
This is an all-encompassing discussion that takes into consideration the agreements the team has made and how this translates on a technical level.
The presentation will focus on: Agile process management, ticket structure, ticket type creation, ticket rules, correlating wiki information, tags, dashboards, queries and hierarchies in Azure.                                                       

About the Presenter

Aaron is a technical project manager for an Artificial Intelligence based startup in Cape Town. Over the years working as a corporate software engineer, he found his passion shifting from writing code to optimizing his teams' output and enhancing the way they work in their development environment.

During the last 12 months, with the help of his team and the knowledge obtained from Agile methodologies, they have successfully developed a process to ensure all team members and stakeholders are aligned.
